A match made in musical heaven, Flamingo Pier’s track ‘Deeper Soul’ gets an electro rework by London production duo Make A Dance (M.A.D.), made up of Ben Lewis and Josh Ludlow. Rising to prominence in the underground scene, M.A.D. are known for their electronic edge, a sound that also makes its way into Soundway’s Pigeon, of which Ludlow is a member.

The original track which featured on the New Zealand group’s debut album has now been transformed from breezy, Balearic poolside companion to a dark disco-dub floor-filler. A driving square synth bassline features prominently, along with an electronic jaw harp sound that channels an impending psychedelic frog invasion from outer space.
